Emotional Wellness

Stress can be defined as emotional tension or mental strain and is unfortunately all too common for many of us now. Chronic stress can lead to physical and emotional symptoms such as anxiety, depression and mood swings. There are many factors that can contribute to emotional wellbeing, they can be environmental or internal imbalances and if issues are identified this can be discussed with suggestions made to support the client. Informational remedies are a great way to offer support and can be very effective.
