Food sensitivities

“Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food” (Hippocrates, 468-377 BC). Food can be used as a primary source of medicine and to keep healthy, it can also help heal the body. Unfortunately, our modernised western diets contain more substances that are unnatural, have been altered or are highly processed. We are likely consuming a vast amount of artificial sweeteners, pesticides and other chemicals from our foods daily. It is important that we all get the right nutrition as this can help us with optimum energy levels, to fight infection and disease, repair and grow, maintain reproductive health and maintain a healthy mind.  Food sensitivities become more common in people who have ‘leaky gut syndrome’ which can be frequently undiagnosed. Our screening can help to find foods that may be causing sensitivity symptoms.
